Vanity Fair reports that ‘unpopular New Jersey governor Chris Christie wants to make it abundantly clear that he is a confidant of Donald Trump, and not a “manservant,” as one news story recently suggested. The Christie camp’s fervent efforts to dispel this characterization of the failed presidential candidate come just one day after a New Yorker article portrayed Christie as a valet of sorts to the New York billionaire.’

I watched Mr. Christie tonight, as he spoke highly of his favorite presidential candidate, Donald Trump, and I could not shake the idea that all Christie really cares about is getting a job, after he loses his New Jersey governorship. He is so much like Trump: he will lie, steal and do whatever else it takes to get what he wants.

It seems to me, the Trump/Christie relationship is a match made in heaven.
