Have you ever put a piece of food down on your beautiful marble kitchen counter, only to see a big cockroach scurry up to take a bite out of your dinner? Well I have, and when it has happened, it has made me really, really angry.
The first time I experienced this, I immediately called Terminex, and demanded they get rid of the ugly, dirty life forms that I felt were invading my otherwise happy and healthy existence.
Maybe you haven’t had the exact and literally same experience, but most surely it is happening to you right now, when you consider who is the President of the United States.
As I write this, I sit in my living room, wondering what damage Donald Trump will do to the country today. In less than his first 100 days, the damage has been so great that it only makes me wonder how much greater it could become?
I have grown increasingly concerned about Trump’s connections with Russia, even more so about how that will affect public policy than what it meant for the results of the last presidential election.
Trump has to go, and even the Republicans in Congress know that. If not for the health and safety of every American, at least for the ‘health and safety’ of the Oval Office. Cockroaches be damned!
