I am not sure how President Trump plans to handle his currently awkward situation. You know, he has embedded his closest family members into the heart and soul of the U.S. government. But at some point, he must explain to the American public why his daughter Ivanka Trump, and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, should be two of his closest advisors, when neither one has a minute’s-worth of experience in government and neither one has been elected by anyone for a role in public office.
Then again, perhaps I am just a bit jealous, because I come from a family that treated its members in the complete opposite fashion. Yes, I was told all my life that I was from a relatively wealthy family, and someday, all that would be handed to me and my two blood relatives, my sisters, yet for some inexplicable reason, most of it went to my uncle’s ‘girlfriend,’ Jane Donahue and multiple people I have never met.
So again, perhaps I am just bitter, but that bitterness almost makes me want to say, ‘hey, you go, Trump family!’
