Don’t you just love it, when you have an important matter you need addressed – like when you just got a bigger insurance, cable, mortgage, rent, tax, etc. bill than you expected – and when you call the provider of such service, you get nothing but lousy hold music and a message that ‘your call is important to us?’

Sometimes you wait on hold for an hour, and even then, you often just get cut off and have to start all over again.

Yeah, well I have been involved in several businesses over the years, and if there is one thing I know, it is that if a company truly values its customers, it doesn’t dump them into the ‘call-on-hold abyss.’

Good companies, the ones who actually care about their customers as much as making money, don’t treat those who pay their bills like human garbage.
