Remember how taken aback we all were, when Sen. Ted Cruz spoke at the Republican National Convention, where Donald Trump was being annotated king of the party? Instead of a rousing speech about what a great president Donald Trump will make, Cruz made eyebrow-raising comments:

“And to those listening, please, don’t stay home in November,” Cruz said on July 20 in his speech at the Republican National Convention, declining to endorse Trump. “If you love our country, and love your children as much as I know that you do, stand, and speak, and vote your conscience, vote for candidates up and down the ticket who you trust to defend our freedom and to be faithful to the Constitution.”

Wow, that was powerful, so powerful, Trump was in the stands getting ready to rush Cruz off the stage. So why now, after Cruz has also said about Trump, “I am not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and attack my father,” on July 21, and after declining to endorse Trump in his convention speech, did he declare on Friday that he will be voting for Donald Trump?

The answer is simple, Cruz is a sniveling loser who needs a job and will even put his wife’s dignity on the line to get it.
