Mike Pence Calls Trump’s Taiwan Blunder a ‘Courtesy Call’

Pardon me while I turn away and attempt to dispose of whatever it is that tastes so putrid in my mouth, but as I do so, I must say how pathetic Mike Pence’s excuse for his boss’s ignorance really is. You see, on Meet the Press this morning, Pence explained away Trump’s ignorance in taking a call–which Taiwan says was pre-planned with Trump–as a ‘courtesy call.‘

Now isn’t that special. Donald Trump and Mike Pence, our future leaders, think it was ‘courteous’ to stroke the ego of the leader of Taiwan, while also provoking World War III with China before they have even entered the Oval Office. Get ready America, because this is going to be a very bumpy ride.
