President Obama is about to hold his final news conference of the year before he heads on vacation with his family to Hawaii.

This is a news conference that will likely focus on Russian hacks of the 2016 presidential election, what the U.S.’s response will be (now that the president promised one in an interview with NPR’s Steve Inskeep) and President-elect Donald Trump, Obama’s successor.
