Let’s try and boil this enevitablity into the simplest chart possible: man’s abililty to think and process data hasn’t really changed much over the last few decades–or longer. But the ability of artificial intelligence to process information and data and even analyze all of that to make decisions is skyrocketing. Does it not make sense that, eventually, and pretty soon at that, technology will overtake man’s ability to think and process? This simplified chart from ‘Howard Graph’ says it all:
I think this is a good thing, because humans have so many flaws when it comes to critical thinking. We forget facts, history and what is right or wong for the rest of us. Just ask any politician. I think we are here to enable artificial intelligence to become the next powerful entitity on the face of the planet and I, for one, don’t think that is such a bad thing.
