Anyone who thinks that 280 characters is enough to express a true, meaningful concept or idea is pretty much a fool. Oh, and it gets better, when a President of the United States thinks those 280 characters are sufficient to announce policies that affect the world are enough, well then you really have a dumb fuck on your hands.
