Joe Biden is poised to walk away from Tuesday’s primaries with a nearly insurmountable delegate lead over Bernie Sanders after winning Florida, Illinois and Arizona, according to NBC News projections.
The former vice president now has 292 more delegates than the Vermont senator — 1,080 delegates to Sanders’ 788.
So the question now becomes, what will Bernie do?
Will he do the right thing and bow out of the race? Or will he let his ego allow him to keep running, in the face of sure defeat?
