‘Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-N.C.) said that President Donald Trump “can be a handful” during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday. “The president’s been — he can be a handful — that’s just the way it is,” Graham said while giving an endorsement of William Barr for attorney general.
